Use of CineFilm
CineFilm is provided to help identify movies, TV shows, anime, and series from frames or screenshots. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be treated as informational.
Subscriptions
CineFilm Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
Content and Metadata
CineFilm uses third-party providers for AI analysis and film metadata. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB. CineFilm is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Proprietary Technology
CineFilm's identification technology is proprietary to Ascend Digital LLC. This includes the media identification workflows, backend recognition systems, prompts, routing logic, confidence scoring, data contracts, and related technical methods, whether branded as the MIGS Engine or otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Do not use CineFilm to submit illegal content, automate scans, bypass free-tier limits, interfere with security controls, or upload images you do not have the right to share. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive, reconstruct, or attempt to discover any source code, backend process, prompt, model routing logic, confidence scoring method, data contract, or proprietary identification technology used by CineFilm. You also may not copy, benchmark, probe, or automate the service for the purpose of duplicating CineFilm's identification technology or developing a substantially similar recognition system.
