Scan Help

  • Use a clear movie or show frame for the best scan result.
  • Avoid blurry frames, credits, menus, and unrelated personal images.
  • Make sure your device has network access.
  • Confirm camera and photo permissions are enabled for CineFilm.

CineFilm Pro

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID subscriptions. In the app, use Restore Purchases if you subscribed before and Pro access is not showing.
